You refer to a document with the defined automations, swipe and steal automation and templates. How can we get access to these documents?

I think we might be using a different piece of software. I rarely get a single client to look at a market report. If I ask them about it, I'll usually get one month of viewing, and then it's back to ignoring it. I've had Realscout for many years and have yet to see the company innovate or fix even one of the data or technology issues (like incorrect neighborhood or school boundaries) I've pointed out to them. It seems like the software development was sort of abandoned shortly after they created it.

I have home for sale in Roxborough Park in Colorado. Is valued at 440 thousand. RF offered me 363 thousand. I told them I could not sign over to them almost 80 thousand in equality. Such a low-ball offer and lying to people, not good for business. As the inventory in Denver area so small, we expect to turn this sale very quickly.

I have the idea the MLS Rules for IDX state that the Listing Agent and Brokerage name must appear as part of the content displayed on an IDX and VOW site. Adding an Agent email is not a bad idea; however, a reasonable consumer can easily find the brokerage and then the agent with minimal effort as it is today, without the link. What about the folks at REALTOR.COM that have a button "Contact Agent" that ships the inquiry out to a zillion agents so they can race to answer; rather than the actual listing agent? They may not be too keen in giving up that option up. Note that their button says "Contact Agent" instead of "Contact Listing Agent", which I think is a bit misleading. As a Broker myself, I hit the button on REALTOR.COM recently and within seconds I received a call from a service that pre-qualifies and then forwards the leads to their client, which is a local broker. You can follow the money/fees on this model.
